Processing personal data (email address, first name, last name, message) freely provided by you via email as well as by post or telephone, has the sole purpose of enabling Fidentia to handle and answer your request.

Information collected is not transferred to third parties except if this is necessary to handle your request. If applicable, the data will be transferred by respecting your privacy and with the sole purpose of handling your request.

In order to ensure that your request is legitimate, you must include a copy of a valid proof of identity with your request. This will be kept as proof for 2 years after your request.
