A high-level model
Vertigo is a model of architectural and environmental requirement as evidenced by its Excellence Award FIABCI Office - Luxembourg received one year after its construction and its certification «NF HQE Tertiary buildings» delivered, for the first time in Luxembourg, by Certivéa International.
Conditions met
The «NF HQE Tertiary Buildings» certification rewards the best practices implemented to reduce the environmental impact of buildings, reduce their energy consumption and ensure the comfort and health of their occupants. For its allocation, 14 criteria are taken into account in 4 areas.

Reduced operating costs
Vertigo received the "NF HQE Tertiary Buildings" certification and achieved the "excellent" level of performance for:
- 1.energy management
- 2.water management
- 3.the management of waste generated by its activities
- 4.service and maintenance
- 5.the harmonious relationship between the building and its environment
In practice, this means that each tenant benefits from a substantial reduction in operating costs thanks in particular to:
reduced water and energy consumption - better waste management
- optimal supply of natural light
- heat recovery ventilation
- rainwater collection
